Pamela Rains has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Waco, Texas. Just like her hometown received a big overhaul by Chip and Joanna Gaines, her career also became a Fixer Upper in 2016 and prompted a transition from corporate sales and marketing for a national grocery product manufacturing company into real estate. Pam's corporate career enjoyed massive success where she individually increased outside sales for the company from 4% of revenue in 2005 to 48% of revenue in 2016. Pam's sales prowess and expertise blossomed exponentially until she was ultimately named as Top Woman in Grocery from the Progressive Grocers Magazine in 2013, a coveted recognition in the grocery industry. In 2016 life changed. That's the year Pam learned she was going to be a grandmother!
