About Sarah Nance
Sarah has grown up in the Montgomery County area and moved to the Lake Conroe area 5 years ago. She graduated from University of Houston-DT and became a school teacher. After teaching in the Spring and Aldine School districts, she decided she wanted to challenge herself in a new career. Sarah became a real estate agent and went to work for Blake & Associates Realty. She wears many hats at Blake & Associates Realty and has gained tremendous experience from her mentor, Jeff Blake. She has gained experience in residential real estate, commercial real estate, rentals, property management, and much more. Sarah has a knack for advertising and marketing real estate. She is a motivated self starter who is enjoying her new venture and never backs down to a challenge.
