Margaret Kiszkiel was born in Poland during the communism era. While a teenager I immigrated to Canada with my parents and brother. I graduated from Mohawk College in Ontario with a degree in Management Technology Engineering.

Following college, I have worked in the automotive industry in the quality assurance and management position. My passion for customer service and attention to detail helped me excel in my profession.

In 2001 I made my best move ever. I moved to Houston,Texas. During the last few years with my husband Paul, we have designed and build two homes. This has inspired my passion for real estate. This passion coupled with desire to help customers sell and buy their beautiful homes, challenges me to work harder to make their dreams come true.

Born and raised in Central Texas, Kolby Wells is a realtor who puts the client's needs first. While some of his peers attended college, Kolby dove head-first in the world of business. For seven years, he focused on retail management, often working in excess of seventy hours a week and gaining invaluable experience. Since becoming a realtor, Kolby uses his business acumen to benefit his clients dailly. An avid outdoorsman since childhood, Kolby finds particular enjoyment in locating and showing rural properties in Madison and surrounding counties. I found my new home here in November of 2000. Prior to that I lived in Canada for 3 years, and I was born and raised in the Czech Republic. I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Richard, and I am proud mom of 21 year old son, Patrick and grandma to Paizley. I love to travel, read and spend as much time outdoors as possible. I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1984. In the past I have represented buyers, sellers or acted as an intermediary. Most of my more recent years sales have NOT been listed properties on MLS and were not homes. There is no transaction history on HAR. I represent buyers or sellers. With seller the property needs to be aggressively advertised for the most exposure. Rightly so. My emphasis on privately representing a buyer is to find the property that meets their needs. I have seen in many cases where private business transactions were successfully closed to the benefit of both parties and keeping them private was definitely in the best interest of both parties. I work to maintain confidential relationships to find the property that meets your needs whether its on the market or not. In many cases I have found that by contacting property owners or building relationships in the area, sellers appreciate the Realtor bringing to their attention any interest someone has in their property even though its not advertised for sale. As a lifelong resident of the Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood area, Donna considers it an honor and privilege to serve her community. She has knowledge of the new and resale home markets, new home construction, loan process, home inspections and leasing markets.

Donna's professional career began as an administrative assistant in her father's construction business. Her vast knowledge of commercial and residential construction, provides her clients with valuable information. She brings with her the management experience received from being a team leader for a Fortune 500 Management Consulting Firm in Downtown Houston. She led a team that produced extensive presentations for such industries as oil & gas, information technology and energy. She worked with many top executives in the management consulting field both nationally and internationally. Working as and Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Strategic Relations at one of the leading computer manufacturing companies in the country, Donna gained valuable experience in multi-tasking, exceptional organizational skills and the ability listen to client needs and produce positive results. Donna later went on to own and operate a successful property management business.

Donna has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She attributes her skills and talents learned and practiced from her previous career to her success as a Texas Realtor.
