Nichole is a full-time realtor who specializes in residential real estate and has over 15 years experience in real estate including leasing, property management, marketing, research, and sales assistance. She is excited to join Platinum Woods Realty and to be on the inside as new ideas are emerging and the company continues to grow through its expertise and knowledge of what works. Nichole enjoys taking a direct, hands-on approach with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires and uses the latest internet technology and tools to market and find homes at an expert level. She looks forward to building her client base in the South Austin, Buda, and Kyle areas where she currently resides.

Rachael is a proud Texan and wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the world, which makes representing her clients in Central Texas natural, seamless and just plain amazing! Rachael is truly grateful to thrive in the Austin area with endless adventures, diverse culture and beauty and her passion for this area exudes over to her clients.

Upon completion of her Corporate Communications degree from The University of Texas at Austin, Rachael spent her days teaching and soon realized her heart for teaching could be better utilized and implemented to guide clients through the processes of buying and selling real estate, as this is a crucial time when you really need a trusted and experienced confidant by your side.
